Introduction 1. The Royal Navy (RN) men’s and women’s squads will host their respective opponents from Plymouth Mayflower (PM) Volleyball Club in a friendly match on Tuesday 23 June 15 prior to the finals of the Inter Services 2015. Timings 2. Key timings and locations for the event are contained below: Serial Time Location Lead Notes Arrive 1800 Camels Head Pass Office, HMNB Devonport, PL5 1BL Fraser Smith (RN) Andrew Potter (PM) Players to be met at the entrance to the base by adequate number of RN personnel (ratio 1:10) Match Start 1830 Wyvern Centre, HMNB Devonport Match End 2000 Wyvern Centre, HMNB Devonport Depart NLT 2030 Camels Head Gate, HMNB Devonport Fraser Smith Identification 3. All Plymouth Mayflower players must produce photographic identification on entry to HMNB Devonport. Failure to present adequate identification will result in refusal of entry. Vehicles 4. No vehicles will be permitted onto the naval base. Vehicles will be left at Camels Head pass office and the remainder of the journey to the sports hall (approx 5 mins) will be taken on foot. 5. Where possible, the number of vehicles being left at Camels Head pass office should be minimised. Movement on Base 6. Visitors to HMNB Devonport will be required to display an ESCORTED pass at all times. No visitor should exit the Wyvern Centre sport facility without a Royal Navy escort. Photography 7.
