What happened after the VE Talent Camp for our Junior Coaches?

After attending the VE Talent Camp for aspiring Junior coaches and referees in December 14, our two Junior coaches have made a lot of progress and achieved so much since.
Chelsea Nicole Mitchell (Left) has been assist coaching the Satellite Club at Ivybridge whilst also being a great role model to our younger junior players. With Victoria, she has helped run the afterschool programme at Plymstock School and seen it grow from just 6 attendees at the start of the season to over 20. She has also been coaching our Junior U12 Boys to their first titles as SW Junior Grand runners up and Sw Min Championship winners for their age group. This summer she hopes to gain her UKCC Level 1 coaching and Grade 4 Referee Qualification to give her more opportunities in local schools to continue her good work as well as playing her first ever season in the National League with the PMVC Ladies Squad.
Victoria Wilkins (Right) has been running the afterschool club at Plymstock School with Chelsea and has also assisted and coached in some of the Satellite sessions at Ivybridge. Victoria made her debut in the National League in a supoorting role towards the end of the season for Devon Storm and with high praise from all of the Devon Players. Throughout the season she has been supporting the SW Training camps for the Girls U14 and U16 squads. This weekend she will travel to London with the U16 squad as assistant coach as the SW Girls look to retain their title in the Inter Regional Championships. Victoria also aspires to gain her UKCC Level 1 coaching and Grade 4 Referee Qualification to give her more opportunities in local schools and to develop her refereeing as well as playing in the National League with the PMVC Ladies Squad.
