SWJGP 1 Bristol - Report

Saturday 30th September was the first SW Junior GP in Bristol and I have to say just how proud I am of the teams representing PMVC. Our U12 girls won their age category (and even beat the ages group and boy groups above them!) and our U15 girls came runners up in their group and even beat one the U15 boys teams!
Fantastic progress made individually but also some nice team bonding for two brand new sets of teams! The rallying was brilliant and shows me that all of these players are up for the next Volleyball challenge ahead of them.
A huge thank you to our Junior Development Officer, Luis whose impeccable record coaching the juniors continues , to the parents who helped drive up, Amanda and Steve and to Tim Clifford for hosting such a friendly and well organised event. (Unflappable even though the M4 was shut and nearly every team was late!!)
My little monkeys enjoyed themselves too so a few of their adventures are thrown in too. Might open a crèche at the next GP!!!
