Plymouth host the National U18 Womens Cup Prelim Round

PMVC are hosting the Preliminary Round of the U18 Womens Cup for Volleyball England on 27th September at Plymstock School. It has been a long time since Plymouth has hosted a round of the National Junior cup competition so it heralds the resurgence of Junior volleyball in the Plymouth area.
Entry is free for spectators and The order of play is below -This is a great chance for PMVC to begin its National Cup Journey with 2 of the 3 teams advancing to the 1st round which will be in North Devon on 10th October. Our squad consists of players from Plymstock School and Ivybridge Community College who have all played in the adult SW Regional League. Setter, Victoria Wilkins from Plymstock School has also played in the National League.
the order of play is as follows:
Order of Play -
Match 1 - 12pm - PMVC vs Beach Academy Taunton Breakers
Match 2 - 1pm - Wiltshire Mavericks vs Beach Academy Taunton Breakers
Match 3 - 2pm - PMVC vs Wiltshire Mavericks
Format - All matches are the best of 3 sets and due to timings we will allow a 10 minute warm-up before each match (5 mins warm up/ 5 mins through net). Therefore the first match warm up starts at 11.50am.
