International Womens Day 8th March at Life Centre

Calling all Ladies! - This Sunday (8th March) is International Womens Day and to celebrate, Plymouth Life Centre are offering taster sessions to all ages for various sports.
One of those sports is volleyball and I will be running that session in the Sports Hall from 1-2pm. If there are any PMVC ladies able to come along and support the session, help with some 1-1s or just generally be a strong role model for our sport, please let me know. If you are coming, please wear your ...PMVC T- shirts or hoodies and let me know.
I want to user this opportunity to grow and promote our "Go Spike" Beginner sessions that PMVC currently hold on Thursdays. Therefore, please let anyone girls, ladies, women you know want to try out some different sports then direct them towards this!
