Free Womens Only Sessions Starting on 11th June

In collaboration with Plymouth City Council and as part of the This Girl Can Campaign, PMVC will be holding free Go Spike Women Only Volleyball sessions for the duration of summer term. The sessions are from beginners level and upwards and will be based on learning volleyball techniques, skills drills and taking part in gameplay.
Whether they have played volleyball before or are complete newcomers, they are welcome to join us. We will make sure to evaluate the skill level and provide the coaching they need.
Also, All of our coaches and volunteers have up to date DBS forms and are fully registered with Volleyball England to ensure that any U18's have the best support we can offer.
Location: Underwood Recreational Ground, Linketty Lane (at the end of Valley Road) Plympton PL7 1RF next to the play park.
Day and Time - Thursdays 5.30pm -6.30pm
Ages - 14 years old + (Women only)
Duration from 11th June to 16th July 2015
Cost: Free (participants will be required to fill out a Registration form to take part)
