Cardiff Open Results - Trophies coming home!

PMVC National League Ladies secured their first silverware of the season as Cardiff Open Winners 2015 - It was their first runout in the annual pre-season tournament so expectations were realistic as thety aimed for a top 4 finish. And there was stiff competition with most of the teams that progressed through to the Cup competition as expereienced National League Sides but PMVC managed to gain the superior scorelines to pip fellow NVL debutantes, Yeovil Ladies to the Title.
In the mens competition, PMVC fared mixed results as they were keen to establish a system to integrate the new players who have joined this season. Day Ones results saw them go intot he Plate competition on the Sunday where they progressed well until the Final where they were beaten by Yeovil Men. Some much needed preseason court time and the Plate Runners Up Trophy is not to be sniffed at.
