Taking just 6 players on the trip up to Taunton, Dan Tapson, was left short of options to counter the effect of The Panthers Ex GB Player Jurek Janchowski. The final score did not give justice to the effort and progress made by Drakes but it just wasnt enough as Panthers star man took control of the game. Ali Morteza and Claire Crowther made their debut in EDVA and Ben Head made his long awaited return to competitive volleyball too. There are some wrinkles to iron out in practice before Drakes next game at Exeter Uni on 19th October. Andy Chadwick was nominated as MVP for the second time in a row.
